Implementation

Sterling Management provides complete implementation services and support to many of our clients. As a company that focuses on helping manufacturing companies develop into Lean competitors, we understand the unique challenges faced by companies with limited resources. We have developed a unique and successful methodology to work within your existing resources, providing implementation support, team development and employee training at the same time. Our engagements are structured to fit into your available time and your budget. Most importantly, when our engagement is over, your company will have trained in-house resources with hands-on experience in implementation.

While each implementation is as different as each client, most implementation support engagements follow a similar roadmap. From the day Sterling begins an engagement, we focus on transferring our Lean Knowledge to the client team. Training for all employees is an integral part of each of our engagements. All decisions and recommendations made by Sterling will be reviewed and discussed with the team so they will understand the underlying process.
